Women have Chosen “This Guy” as the Perfect Man?

What man wouldn’t want to be the “perfect man?” Every year, for the past 50 years,ย women have voted in Redbook magazine on who they think is the perfect man for each decade. Past winners by decades include…

  • John Wayne – 60’s
  • Alan Alda – 70’s
  • Sylvester Stallone – 80’s
  • Nicholas Cage – 90’s
  • Johnny Depp – 00’s
This year, Redbook has done it a little different and asked women to choose an “All-Time” perfect man. Believe it or not, after careful consideration, endless debate and thousands of votes, women have decided the all-time is…
.
MR. POTATO HEAD!
Why was he chosen?
They say he’s tan. He’s cute. He knows the importance of accessorizing.
And if he looks at another girl, you can rearrange his face.

Sheesh … I just can’t compete with that!

  1. Oh my gooooodness, that is a HOOT! Must be his stardom on the “Toy Story” series. Women are crazy for movie stars, especially tan ones. Mercy.

This is just snarky wonderful. I have to share it. Never heard that one before. And how the sam hill did Nicolas Cage get there? Wait, is saying Sam Hill swearing? Sorry about that.

  3. Jennifer Muncy says:

Sorry….I would like it better if he had legs and we could get some baseball pants on him! Otherwise he has my vote!! :)

  4. Carolyn Vela says:

This was HILARIOUS! Mr. Potato Head, eh? Hmmm…well, at least he can’t talk, and that’s a BIG plus in my book! LOL And that rearranging the face comment? PRICELESS. :)

  5. If they had taken the time to search Washington State, they could have listed my husband. He IS the perfect man. He is sexy, compassionate, a lover of God, a servant of the Lord, a provider, a great son, an excellent father and a phenomenal best friend. He is selfless, hard working, intelligent, talented and just an all around good guy. To top it all off, he enjoys a good laugh, cries at chick flicks and encourages me to be all God created me to be. It doesn’t get any more perfect than that! Rod Stone is the perfect man!!

Carrie – I love a woman who can praise her husband publicly. One of men’s greatest needs is to be admired my his wife. Well done. I hope Rod reads this. And, I hope you didn’t forget to sign out and Rod wrote this under your name (Just kidding).

  7. ~Brenda says:

Ok, the only one I agree with there is Sylvester Stallone (not for his acting abilities, obviously). I like Mr. Potato Head and all. He’s a nice guy, for sure. But I like me some legs. And hair. And a deep voice.

Sorry, Mr. Potato Head. I vote for Hugh Jackman. That guy has some serious “qualities.”

    Ahem!

  8. Sandi says:

That is too funny, Trey! I love the “rearrange the face” part. Not that I’m a violent woman…just sayin….*insert evil laugh here*!

  • it's still early. :)
  • no worries. Luke is a very popular gospel during the Christmas season. ๐Ÿ˜œ #BabyJesusStory
  • Mitch Moreland has a combined 1.6 WAR since the start of 2011 at a premium position (DH/1B). That position needs to produce.
  • definitely don't disagree with that. We will miss his glove. But he had such a quiet bat for someone at first base.
  • I only disliked him when he was at the plate.
