Trey, this is awesome! I really enjoyed the “Clap of Thunder Button.”
I wonder if you could customize it…maybe we could get an “Amen Brother” button on there?

  2. TREY MORGAN says:

I could seriously use a “Checking Zipper” button somewhere on this. :)

  3. westcoastwitness.com says:

Hey … a pew-buzzing console and clap of thunder button … that could come in handy!

  4. Gallagher says:

Where is the “Eject a Member from the Building” Button or the “Auto-Verse-Quote” Button?

    Just my thoughts…

  5. Amanda KP says:

    LOL!!!!

  6. Stoogelover says:

I might go back into preaching for one of these!

  7. Kyle Parker says:

I thought it would be nice to have a quick escape hatch just in case the sermon wasn’t going well.

  8. Carolyn Vela says:

This was tooooo funny…and I know these would all come in handy..The “mini-bar” was hilarious!

  9. TREY MORGAN says:

Kyle Parker … HA … everyone needs an escape hatch …

If things REALLY went bad you could have a clear plexiglass pop up to shield you from being hit by tomatoes or other thing that are thrown in your direction. :)

  10. Anonymous says:

You could have a voice deal come on with a loud clearing of the throat and all the teenagers would straigten up if it sounded like their mother. gmj

Trey – I really like the “check your zipper” idea.
Quick story…one of our worship leaders realized his fly was down during a worship service. He turned his back to everyone to resolve the situation, he turned back to a request from one of the members of ourcongregation…”Could we sing an old one…I’ll Fly Away”!? Everyone including the worship leader lost it, it was hilarious!
Anyway, good luck with that new lectern 5000…

  12. Lightening says:

ROFLOL. What a classic! I love the button for sending a shock to the pews! Although I very much doubt you’d need one of those. :)

I was going to say that our church really needs a baby/toddler mute button but then realised we don’t really want to mute them. We did have to install a sound system so that service leaders could be heard over them. :) A good problem to have.

  13. Mark says:

Nice!! Which deacon do we see to get the ball rolling on this order?

  14. katy says:

how about a laugh sound track…no more awkward silence from the congreg after a joke…

  15. Royce Ogle says:

How about a teleprompter? Then you could preach someone else’s sermons easily! lol

    Royce

  16. roadtripray says:

    Katy,

I would like the laugh track … that’s a great idea. Notice how on some of those sitcoms that really aren’t that funny, people seem to think they’re funny because of the laugh tracks? I think if I had a laugh track even MY jokes would be funny. Well, at least somewhat humorous.

    Peace,
    Ray

  17. Rick Morgan says:

A button that lowers a stairway from the ceiling and you make a grand exit with bright lights and angelic voices singing as you leave on the stairway to heaven.

Thats how to end a sermon!
