Lea and I are glad to be home after a weekend to reconnect, relax and have some fun. We enjoyed friends, good food, tons of walking, site-seeing, fantastic shows, a NASCAR race and running across a busy highway without getting squashed.
We were never able to convince the girls to do the vow renewal at the Elvis wedding chapel, but I’m sure with some counseling I’ll be okay.
As you can see below, we were able to talk them into dressing up and going out on the town. They sure made us look good.
It’s always good to come home. I missed my boys, my church family and just the simple life.
Here is a slide show of pictures from our trip. If you can’t see it, click here. See you tomorrow.

AWESOME!!
Looks like fun!
You have some interesting friends in the last slide . . . One of them looks pretty good . . . for a dead guy . . . No, wait, they are both dead. Or are they? I think I saw that one guy selling used cars in Cleveland or something.
I am so glad you had a nice time.
Does your wife know you went to Vegas with your girlfriend?
Neat picture show! Thanks! Glad you had a great time!
That was an aweful race..glad I wasn’t there!
Glad y’all had a good time.

I’ve been to Vegas a few times (last time was with one of my elders and his family) and find it fascinating. The pictures show the least amount of traffic (both cars and people) I’ve ever seen for Las Vegas!
It was good until the Cowboys hat and the Gordon shirt.
Excellent photos.
I hope to see Vegas one day.
