I’m still trying to sort out who I like and who I don’t like when it comes to possible Presidential Candidates. I’m beginning to like Mike Huckabee more and more. Here are two reasons …

VIDEO #1 – Chuck Norris (This made me laugh.)

VIDEO #2 – Evolution (A perfect response to a really stupid question.)

Hadn’t seen the Chuck Norris one, but liked it!
I saw Huckabee in another interview and was impressed at his response to the question about whether or not Muslims can go to heaven. His response was something like, it was not his job to say who gets to go to heaven and who doesn’t, he wasn’t running for that job, as president his job would be to guide and lead the country. Now as a baptist minister, he personally believed that there was only one way to get to heaven and that was Jesus Christ.
It was a pretty cool and impressive interview.

There seems to be a lot of buzz about my former governor. Good stuff.

    AMEN BROTHER!!!!!!

    #1 in Iowa!

    #2 in Floriday!

We need to do things about this. I have contributed to a campaign for the first time in my life.

  4. Zach Detwiler says:

Whats wrong with Hilary? Is she Chuck Norris Approved? har har..

AW – Making contributions? Wow, I’m impressed. :)

  7. Philip Murphy says:

He’s just positioning himself for a VP nod. Either one of the GOP yankees would love to have a southern preacher on their ticket. As far as I know, Trey, you haven’t put your name in the hat. Thus, Huck is all they’ve got.

  8. merry says:

I thought the reports that he is the best communicator among all the candidates were funny – preachers learn how to talk and talk well.

    I like Mike, too.

  9. One Observationist says:

I thought he did well in last nights debate, but I’m a Ron Paul fan.

  10. Cornelius Crew says:

honestly, hadn’t ever heard of him! I know, I know… I need to watch Fox News more! I can tell you what was on “Go, Diego, Go” and “Rescue Rangers” this morning though! Thanks for keeping me informed on world matters~!

  11. Bob Bliss says:

Trey, thanks for the name of that artist. Liked the Chuck Norris video.

  12. Matt says:

Great stuff there. CNN/Wolf obviously don’t get it.

  13. Jeanne M. says:

I don’t have links to the two videos. What do I need to do?

  14. TREY MORGAN says:

Jeanne … You should just click on the “play” button on the video and it should play.

  15. Lynn Leaming says:

Thanks for stepping by my blog. I enjoy finding new blogs and enjoyed browsing your and some of your posts. I agree that Huckabee has had some great answers to questions. I will have to try to find the debate last night because I missed it.

  16. Louie Mercer, Frank Mercer and Mike Ellis: The Church for Men Dudes says:

Yep, the HUCKSTER has a lot of postive buzz right now! Keep up the great blog work!

  17. preacherman says:

I have this debate going on at my blog. I guess CNN was reading my blog before the debate this past weekend. :-). I liked his response. I don’t think it matters. I don’t think it is a salvation issue. We really have a great dialoge going on at my blog though Trey if you like to check it out.

Again. Great post and response from this politician.

  18. David Kirk says:

    I like Mike too!

  • He was pretty tough to listen to as well.
  • As crazy as it might sound, Chris Collinsworth just might be worse to listen to than the song Christmas Shoes.
  • Please remember that some Christmas music is incredibly offensive to people with grandmothers who actually were run over by reindeer.
  • Unfortunately, not a great night for "bobcats." :)
  • Chin up Childress Bobcats. We couldn't be prouder. Great fight tonight.
