Wow, what a weekend. I left Friday afternoon with a big group of teenagers to go skiing in Santa Fe, New Mexico. After two hard day’s of skiing, two short nights of little sleep and getting in last night at 1:00 a.m., I’m wiped out. I kind of feel like I’ve been run over by a large truck.
I haven’t had a chance to check my email or blog all weekend, so I know I’m way behind on these. I’ll try and catch up later today. I’ll also try and put up a new sermon for those following along (Click here). But as for a really good post today on the blog … I’m just too tired to think right now.
I would love some of your thought or ideas on what you’d love to blog about in the upcoming future. Any ideas?
See you after while.

Wow, I get to comment first…..
6+ cups of coffee work for me.
Ha ha!
Have a great day!
Ideas for you to blog about or ideas that we’re planning to blog about??
Morning, Monalea …. 6 cups is a little excessive. Don’t you think?
Lisa… Me. Ideas for me. I guess I’m still asleep and didn’t make it too clear.
Well, it doesn’t really matter because I have a hard enough time coming up with ideas for me … and I’m not sharing those.
Just kidding.
Since when does a minister need ideas? Or are you just wanting to know what would most appeal to your blogging friends, maybe?
I wouldn’t mind a few suggestions on good books to read to help motivate myself and others to become effective or more effective. Also ideas on reaching the community with community service ideas. I feel and see the gap between “what’s wrong with the church attitude” and “What can we do to minister to people”.
Ok here are some things on my mind…
1) How to use your spiritual gift
2) Angels
3) Highlight some great missionaries (example:Henderson brothers)
4) Spiritual warfare
5) Exploring other religions
Remember, you asked. I miss your blogging, but eveyone needs a break. Enjoy!
Thoughts or ideas on future blogs?
Why change a good thing? Keep it coming and keep up the good work!
I’m signing this anonymous so no one will know where related.hee hee
Excellent ideas. After an afternoon nap today … I’m feeling a little bit more lively. The cobwebs are gone.
Bruce, Monica and Anon great ideas.
Wow, Monica a couple of yours are really tough
But I like them. I’m getting some great ideas from everyone but Lisa. Come Lisa, can’t you help at all?
Whatever!! You know I don’t have good ideas. Besides, I’m so insecure I’ll feel like everyone’s gonna laugh at my ideas.
Actually, when Monica suggested using your spiritual gifts, I thought that was a good idea. If you go that route, you might want to first blog a short series on what spiritual gifts are, what the different types are, then how to use them. Just a thought.
Trey,
I wish I could help–I hardly ever have good ideas just “witty” titles (Or so I have been told)
Missed ya, brother
(I started to say “rest and peace” but somehow that sounded wrong) so Get rested up
Peace
