THE BIBLE ACCORDING TO GOOGLE EARTH

Here’s an interesting art series called “God’s Eye View.” The art work is scenes from the Bible from how God would see them, or a Google Earth perspective.

i just caught up with you from monday until now and here is what i have to say….. i will bite my tounge about the “scary ministry jobs” after reading your blog about what kind of words we should use. happy late birthday, i hope that you didn’t get any pickled beats and i hope that you don’t need the mangroomer. 😉

    Whoa! Very cool!

I got a good chuckle by reading the comments left on the website that originally posted these photos. One guy, who proudly described himself as non-religious, said that there’s no way google maps could pinpoint the exact locations where these events took place because the Bible does not offer that kind of specific information.

    Talk about missing the point!

I must say that the one of the crosses hit a soft spot… as a mother I can’t imagine what it would feel like to watch your child go through that… thanks for the reminder of the ultimate sacrifice!
