I just wanted to say “thank you” today for those who take time to read my blog on a regular basis. I’m honored, humbled and a little embarrassed that you would spend your valuable time reading the things I put here.
A lot of things have changed in the past year on how this blog is read. Many come directly to this site, many receive it from readers, while close to 1000 people are signed up through Feedblitz and receive it by email on a daily basis. However you find me … thank you.
As I did my bible reading this morning, I ran across this verse. It reminded me that I want this blog to be the first part of this verse and not the second. 
I am a Christian husband and father, who moonlights as the minister for the church of Christ in Childress, Texas. My wife Lea and I have been married for 23 years. We are doing our best to raise our 4 boys, who are all growing up way too fast.

The verse never did load, but whatever it says, I just want you to know yours is one of my "must read" blogs every day. I love your heart, your spirit, your love for your family, and your ministry to God. At some point, you should try and write a blog that simply bombs … like the rest of us do! I've never come away from your blog site disappointed.
