Thanks for this blog! It made me cry! Sometimes it’s so hard to get them to church, but it’s the right thing to do. They need it and although sometimes Sunday can be the most stressful day for me, I need it too. Thanks for recognizing that and saying something about it.

At a former congregation, there was a woman with four boys who came every time the doors were open. Sometimes you could tell she was very tired, and might even nod, but she was faithful in showing those boys where her priorities were. Eventually her husband became a christian just because of her steadfast faith and attendance. God bless her and all women who don’t give up even if they don’t get anything out of the services for many years while teaching their children what is most important.

I was once one of those single “church” moms. Thank goodness God worked in my husbands heart. It only took 8 years!

My mom is a single mom now since Dad died almost four years ago. My little brother was six when that happened. She has some health problems that make it very painful for her to get out sometimes…but she still brings him to church almost every Sunday, and we all get to sit together and sing.

I love singing with my Momma. She is a stud-ette.

First of all, that video was a special treat and a nice laugh after finishing up my first final!! Second of all, I read your comment on my sisters blog, and it made me laugh out loud! Gosh; a person does something wrong once in her life and she can never live it down!!!
