LIVE STRONG

I’m excited about today. Due to a cold rainy morning, my day started at 5 a.m. with P90X instead of a run. I’m also taking the day off to spend with my beautiful wife. We’re long overdo for sneaking out of town, doing some shopping, and having lunch together. I can’t wait.
My goal today is to strengthen myself physically, spiritually and emotionally in my relationships.

Keeping yourself healthy emotionally, physically, and spiritually will help you develop and build a happy, productive life. But all three are necessary. Don’t be physically fit and an emotional wreck in your relationships. Don’t be spiritually fit and a physical wreck. Don’t be physically strong and a spiritual wimp.

It’s about balance. Emotional, physical and spiritual balance. You need to be healthy in all three areas, and that requires commitment and discipline. If you’re out of balance, seek help. Ask God to help, ask friends to help and educate yourself.

Everyday it requires effort to stay strong in those three areas. My goal is simple … I want to live strong!

Great post-I agree!!! I am constantly trying to work on all three-discipline is sometimes a challenge for me, so I pray for God to strengthen me in those areas.

Hope you had an awesome day! You are blessed to have such a great relationship. I truly long to be blessed with the same someday…I do not think we were ever meant to go throughout this life alone. (I know we have God, but you know…)
