When someone is looking for information, I regularly hear the phrase, “Just Google it.” That means search for it on the internet. When people search Google, Yahoo or MSN and are sent to my blog (or any other site), it’s called a referral. I love looking at “referrals” on my sitemeter. Some people search for crazy things. Just this weekend I’ve had some interesting referrals. Here are a few crazy things people typed this week and ended up on my blog…
“My wife threw up. What do I do?” – Hey, be a man and go take care of her.
“What do I do with unsigned letters of criticism?” – Throw them in the trash!
“10 Things that will make your wife happy REAL fast.” – Dude, what did you do?
“A good birthday gift for Brian.” – I’m not sure who Brian is, but the Brian I know could use a new razor!
“Preachers who spank.” – What? Sick people out there. Maybe they’re talking about stepping-on-toes during the sermon.
“Where can I find Dusty Rush?” – Sadly Dusty isn’t blogging anymore. But I’m curious, Dusty … what have you done?
“Top 10 heckling moments.” – This would have to be one of them.
- For those of you who have a webpage, what are some strange referrals you’ve seen on your site?
