BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: It’s official, I’m closing down my blog … and opening a new one. This is the last day of the “old” blog, and tomorrow (possibly tonight) you will see an all new and improved treymorgan.net. My friend, Peter Pollock has built me a new, more user friendly blog in the Word Press format.

The site’s address will still be the same. Nothing will change on how you find my blog. All you should have to do is click your normal treymorgan.net link and the new site will open right up. Also if you get your treymorgan.net by email or in a reader (ie. bloglines, Google reader, etc), it should still work fine, but you might check in the next couple of days to see if it is working.
There have been 851 posts over the last 3 fun years of blogging. I never imagined that blogging would turn into such an amazing ministry. Hopefully the next three years will be just as amazing.
So stop by tomorrow, or tonight, and check out the all new treymorgan.net. I’m REALLY excited about it.
To celebrate the grand opening, I’ll have a special giveaway.

Awesome bro. I've been considering doing something similar and putting much more effort into working through it.

  2. Sarah says:

I LOVE new things (and giveaways! :-) Yay! I really hate waiting, though… tick. tock. tick. tock.

I do love the ministry and dialog of your blog. Way to be a model of how to do it right for the rest of us.

That was a quarter second of fear!! So tricky…

The Honduras ministry has opened me up to foreign missions (I'm usually home missions oriented), something my wife has had on her heart for years. Keep on blogging Trey!

  4. Rodney Olsen says:

    Great to hear.

I swapped over to WordPress from Blogger some time ago and wondered why I hadn't made the switch earlier.

I look forward to seeing the new improved blog soon.

For those of us who read you through RSS I am sure we won't even notice the difference.

  6. Adam Gonnerman says:

I have blogs and sites using a number of platforms, including Blogger and WordPress. I still prefer Blogger for ease of use, and because it doesn't restrict the javascript I can insert in posts and as widgets on the blog itself. This is what frustrates me most about WordPress. If I hosted it myself and just used the WordPress software I wouldn't have this problem, but I'm not willing to go to the trouble.

It'll be interesting to see your new blog. All the best with it.

A little worried about the giveaway….you're not gonna try to unload Conner on anyone are you???? LOL! LOL!!

  8. Mommysmart says:

Awesome! I am so inspired by the way that God has used you in blogger world. The lives touched, the seeds planted, and the outreach has been amazing to watch. I know that more great things are to come!

P.S. I will never leave you alone about writing that book. Is it time yet?

  9. Peter P says:

    Ooo.. Writing a book.

    It's time!

  10. Stoogelover says:

I've been very satisfied with WordPress. See you on the "other side" (a funeral director joke).

  11. Anonymous says:

The book thing excites me. When are you going to write it? This former English major sure could be a help on editing. I'm just sayin'…..

  12. Anonymous says:

I would take Connor. Can I win a prize sometime or am I eligible? gmj

  13. Shane McLoud says:

I love new format. But, I love to read what your saying everyday no matter how it looks.
