Here’s why it was a great day today …

The kid below got to eat.

Spent some time at the dump today. The smell was bad, the people were dirty, but this little boy got to eat. We ran out of food about the time he walked up, but with enough scraping on the pans, we were able to come up with a bowl full of beans and rice for him.
I’m thankful to all those who gave on Dump Day and made feedings like this possible.

Trey, been following your blogs this week, and it has all been so inspiring. God bless all of you on the good work you’ve been doing. This inspires us in Nottingham to do something similar.

    Hi, Trey.
Thank you for posting pictures and your posts on your blog so we can all read about the good things God is doing through you guys while you’re in Honduras. I was sad to read about the people who couldn’t get to see a doctor. I was glad to read about the boy who was able to get the last bowl of food. I look forward to reading more about this trip.
I also thought you might want to know that your link to Bread for a Hungry World isn’t working right because it doesn’t have the right address. It should be http://www.givebread.org.

Christopher, I never go to Honduras that I don’t think of you and your work. Thanks for all the attention you’ve sent my way. It was a great week, many great things were done in Jesus’ name. I hope someday you can join me in a trip. Thanks for the heads up on the Bread link, I got it fixed. Your friend, Trey

  • He was pretty tough to listen to as well.
  • As crazy as it might sound, Chris Collinsworth just might be worse to listen to than the song Christmas Shoes.
  • Please remember that some Christmas music is incredibly offensive to people with grandmothers who actually were run over by reindeer.
  • Unfortunately, not a great night for "bobcats." :)
