I love, love, love meatloaf. Unfortunately I'm the only one in my family, so I don't get it very often! ( Now, *grilled* meatloaf has me intrigued.

Funny! I would think grilled meatloaf would be about the same as a really fancy grilled burger. My wife loves to put a lot of stuff into our burgers and they sometimes look like meatloaf. Gotta say, though, there are very few people out there who make a good meatloaf. Apparently Lea found one of them.
