Loved your blog. I’m a great-grandmother but I still like tea parties (girls or boys, I’ve done both,)and playing cars or spies. I love playing. My husband keeps our 31/2 year old grandson. When they run errands, I always say “don’t look at the girls.” We joked about until now he say’s “we are going to look at girls.” But he shocked me this week, I said don’t look at girls, and he answered “we’re not we are going to look at women.” No more errands for them unless I can go. lol gmj

Mallory: Daddy do you have a baby in your tummy? (good hint that I needed to lose some weight:)

Me: (Sarcastically) Yes honey Daddy has a baby in his tummy.

Mallory: Is it a boy or a girl?

Me: (more sarcastically) It is a girl dear.

Mallory: What's her name?

Me: (more sarcastically) I don't know sweetheart. What do you think the baby's name should be?

Mallory: Baby Jesus!

Me: *speechless*

I love that Cooper thought Lea had to run pretty slowly so that you could catch up! When it comes to a momma, little boys think there is no one better! Lol

the one i like is SIMILAR to your grass is greener. . and i use it often. . . the grass is greener on the other side, but that lawn has to be mowed too!!!

love conversations with 7 year old. . . . are you sad that krispy kreme may be going belly up?

going to miss you at the workshop, but mike will be there with bells on! and he told me he's excited to be a free bird to go and do whatever he wants with all his friends without having us GIRLS around to tie him down (okay, he wasn't mean about it. . . i think i know what he means. . . it'll be a great time of catching up and rejuvination for him, something he doesn't get a love of and really should get more of).
