This Sunday night (September 26th) we’ll have a BIG crew working on the Augment Project (303 H N.W.) We’ll be starting at 5:30, and we’re asking the community to show up. We’ve had the old garage torn down this week and the trees trimmed up. Both the garage and the trees are lying in a BIG pile waiting to be loaded up and hauled off. I’m expecting a BIG turnout … and it’s going to be “organized chaos.”
We’ll be gutting the house and getting it ready to start working on the inside. If you’re coming tomorrow, here are a few things you might want to bring…
- long pants and long-sleeve shirt
- lawn equipment (mowers, rakes, hoes, etc)
- pry bars
- trash sacks
- a great attitude
Forecast for tomorrow’s work party: 77 degrees, 0% chance of rain, and 100% chance of service and ministry. See you there!
This is the first picture we took. The trees were so grown up you couldn’t see the house.
T&J Willis Equipment came out and knocked down the garage for us.
A few of us showed up today to do some tree work. We wanted to start them early so we didn’t drop BIG limbs on people trying to work in the yard.
