Can you imagine Cat Woman, Bat Girl and Wonder Woman all teaming up together? Well it’s happened in the blog world. Three powerful women bloggers have teamed up and started a podcast together called, “A Better View.” The three Superhero women bloggers are…
- Amanda Sanders – from Amanda Sanders Blog & Red Hot Momma
- Paula Harrington – from Thinking Jesus
- Sarah Stirman – who writes The Cleft of the Rock
I’ve listen to both their podcasts and have found them to be encouraging, enlightening and down right fun. They cover topics like marriage, parenting and other relevant topics. You can listen to the shows straight from their website or sign up to get their shows through iTunes. Steve Tucker, who is one of my favorite bloggers, is the host of the show. When you get a chance, listen to their podcast. I have no doubt you’ll love it too.

Speaking of podcasts, I haven’t done a very good job keeping my sermon podcast page up. I’m about 3 weeks behind. I know some of you are missing out on some great sleeping material, so I promise I’ll get caught up this week.

There are really some good new blogs popping up in the blog world. I’ve added a handful of new blogs to my “must read” blog list. What blogs are you enjoying reading these days?

Good group of ladies.
Grace and peace,
Tim Archer
Thank you Trey! Love ya.
Thanks Tim … exactly what I needed.
Amanda … which of the three superheroes are you?
Trey,
I know you like football. (You beat me badly in fantasy football last season.) And I know you like blogs about fatherhood. I think you would like one of my favorites: Tony Dungy's blog (http://allprodad.com/dungy). It combines fatherhood and football. It's hard to beat that combination. I read it every morning before going to work.
Well, let me see. I like how Bat Girl was plucky. She had a can do attitude.
But…
Wonder Woman had this amazing self confidence. Not to mention a magic lasso and patriotic bustier.
Still, I guess I would personally rather be Cat Woman. She was saucy and had all that black leather. So I pick Cat Woman. Plus she was hot enough she could do weird things like hang out with a thousand house cats and groom people without offending them.
Cat Woman, I am Cat Woman. (Julie Newmar version)
Thanks for the love.
So ignorant. Can I get podcasts on computer, or must I have an IPOD or Iphone?
I agree Trey, they are g-r-e-a-t!
In case you didn't notice, I said that exactly like Tony the Tiger would have said it, and don't tell me you don't remember. I'm not THAT old….am I???
Thanks Trey,
We appreciate the help getting the word out. For those wanting to listen to the show, you don't need an ipod or itunes, although they make it easy to transport the show. All you need is a computer with speakers (that kind of helps) and the internet. Click the link on the bottom of each post and it should start playing. Thats it!
Sharon Hodde at SheWorships is a great blogger.
As always, loving Brant Hansen's Blog of Awesomeness.
I am so late to the discussion, but I am totally Wonder Woman. Never mind that she is approximately one foot taller than me. I guess that leaves Paula as Bat Girl. Considering her love of animals, that's only fitting…
Thanks for the shout out, Trey, and I am loving these suggestions in the comments. I'm not a football fan, but I'm a HUGE Tony Dungy fan. I'll have to check him out. Like I need more blogs to keep up with!
