Marie … the men and directions thing is a pride think, I think. We’d rather drive around in circles than stop and ask for directions, which means we’re admitting we’re lost.

I am having mommy nightmares about that picture- I know my boys would not look that serene with a razor in their hands- we would be heading to the ER I am sure!!!

I loved the post though! When Matt and I got married, he had more shoes and clothing than I did- they all served a purpose (hiking shoes, special shoes for his bike, etc.), but now that we have been married 6 years- we are pretty much even on the shoe thing.

I have to admit the “lost” portion really gets me- is it a pride issue that we can’t stop and ask for directions (or read an instruction manual??)???

Neva … GREAT comment about the women and shower. You are obviously a wise woman. As for the “men and their lostness,” it’s not that we don’t get lost, we’ll just never admit it.

BTW. The reason women NEED so many shower items, lotions, perfumes, etc. is to please our men. Most men like that their wives smell good. Manly sweat and high heel shoes just dont go well together, (some of you may need to make a note of that. )

And as far as getting lost —puhhlease. If the moon weren’t a pretty straight shot, yall would have never found it.

[11] We only have one good friend the other 6 billion people on planet earth are just acquaintances.

[12] We can eat every meal just using one bowl and one spoon.

[13] I don't know about multiple televisions BUT we can watch multiple shows on ONE television.

By the way, I can go to the restroom without 15 of my friends. Just as long as I have my two. (o;

You know, some of that I really wish I could do (like only have to pick between 2 shoes or use one type of soap for my whole body or whatever). Why do we women have to be so complicated?!

Why do men come with built-in GPS systems?? I know you sometimes do get lost, but it's like your internal system says, "Go here," even though you've never been there, and you manage to find your way back. How does that work?!
